Yiqing Yang

Ms. Yang joined the Shinshin Foundation as a volunteer in 2014 and began serving as the president of the foundation since 2018, full time dedicating to the rural education in China. Each year I spend around 3-4 months in China, visiting rural schools supported by the foundation, and helping organize onsite trainings for principals & teachers.<\/p>\n

Obtained B.Sc. and M.Sc. in computer science from Wuhan Huazhong University of Science and Technology in China, and PhD in computer science from University of Pierre and Marie Curie in France.<\/p>\n

Held senior software engineering positions in Silicon Valley high-tech companies for over 20 years.<\/p>\n

Ms. Yang firmly believes in education\u2019s importance in life, and practices "reading ten thousand books and traveling ten thousand miles" throughout her life. Being passionate with education, enthusiastic with public services, so she chose to devote herself to educational public welfare.<\/p>\n

Yingmin Li
Vice Chair, Chief Financial Officer<\/em><\/span><\/h1>\n

Mr. Yingmin Li received a Bachelor degree of Electronic Engineering from South China University of Technology, Guangzhou, and a Master degree of Electronic Engineering from San Jose State University. He has been working in integrated circuit research and development and entrepreneurship in Silicon Valley for more than 25 years, providing services to companies including National Semiconductor, Lucent Technologies, and Nortel Networks. In 2011, Mr. Li founded Treasure Island Investment Company to engage in real estate development in the Bay Area. In 2014, Mr. Li established GSI eFOUNDATION, a 501.c(3) organization to support poor rural students to go to school in Heshan City, Guangdong.<\/p>\n

Cindy Cui

After getting her undergraduate degree from Tsinghua University and master\u2019s degree from Fudan University, Cindy came to United States to work as a software engineering. She continued on to get an MBA from Santa Clara University and moved into the field of product management and marketing. Cindy joined Shinshin foundation in 2017 to work with the youth choir group. Since 2020, she closely worked with the youth group on many of the community service project.<\/p>\n
